📋 Terms & Conditions:

1.Service Time – Standard wash may take 30–45 minutes; depending on vehicle type and service package.

2.Belongings – Customers are requested to remove all valuable items from the vehicle before handing it over. We are not responsible for any loss.

3.Pre-existing Damages – Any visible scratches, dents, or paint defects must be informed prior. We are not liable for unnoticed pre-existing damages.

4.Delays – In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, load), customers will be informed in advance.

5.Service Guarantee – Our wash is thorough, but we don’t guarantee stain removal or odor elimination unless a deep cleaning service is opted.

6.Payment – Payment must be made in full post-service. Advance may be required for package bookings.

7.Rescheduling – Any reschedule must be informed at least 2 hours in advance.

8.CCTV Monitoring – Premises are under surveillance for security and quality control purposes.

9.No Refund Policy – Once the service is availed, no refund shall be entertained.
